Jude Bellingham gave the English media a lesson after England’s 2-2 draw with Belgium.
The Real Madrid megastar secured a draw in the friendly match at Wembley, and showed how much it meant to him, collapsing to the floor exhausted at full-time.

The last-gasp equaliser might have seemed meaningless given the exhibition nature of the match, but Bellingham explained what made it so important.
“I liked it because I knew the rubbish we would have got if we lost two games on the bounce,” he said post-match.
“I think with these games you’ve got to keep perspective in mind. There’s a lot of lads making debuts, a lot of those boys I’ve never played with before.
“I thought we created a lot of chances, I had the one there that I should have scored and a couple of other shots at goal so I’m happy I can make it up to the team but we should have won with the chances we created.”
Bellingham even tried to further alleviate the pressure on his teammates, when he expressed that he felt the match was in fact a positive.
“It’s one of those games that will keep us in great stead going into the Euros,” the former Birmingham man added.
“I know everyone will be negative about it but you have to take these games for what they are, use the positives and learn from the negatives and I’m sure we’ll be fine.”
Among the positives, Bellingham counted the performances of his new teammates, with Kobbie Mainoo, Ezri Konsa and Anthony Gordon debuting, while Jarrad Branthwaite also made the squad for the first time.

He added: “Of course it’s hard for the gaffer and people need to realise how hard it is.
“You plan these games and you expect a fully fit team and you expect to give it a good crack and then the skipper [Harry Kane] gets injured, Bukayo [Saka], Hendo [Jordan Henderson], [Kyle] Walker, [John] Stones now, so it’s a really difficult one.
“I’m sure the manager’s glad with the players that he got to see because they came in and they were brilliant.
“So over the two games I’m really pleased with my teammates, you’re never happy to lose and draw but we’ve got to be pleased with how some of them played.”
Not finished showing his class and ability to alleviate the pressure from his teammates, Bellingham was careful when asked about Mainoo’s first start for his country.
The 20-year-old replied: “He was good tonight, it’s difficult, I’m speaking like the old head here but I know how difficult it can be when people put pressure on you and there’s a clamour so I don’t want to add fuel to the fire but he’s a brilliant player and he’s going to have a bright future with Man United and hopefully England too.”
The interview quickly went viral, and a number of fans showed how impressed they were, with one writing on X: “Spoken like a true leader. Wise above his years.”
Another wrote: “Give him the armband!!!” while a third added: “Some interview that from Bellingham, captain material right there.”
