Harry Kane is rightly earning the plaudits for making the swap from the Premier League to the Bundesliga look easy.

Though the former Tottenham man will be thoroughly unbothered, because he’s smashed just about every other record going.

Nathan Tella can claim the he has a better scoring ratio than the England star… yes you read that right.

Tella has become a key squad member for Xabi Alonso’s Bayer Leverkusen since swapping the south coast for Germany.

Tella played 32 times in the Premier League for Southampton but managed just one goal and two assists in that time.

He has since played a key role in helping Xabi Alonso‘s side go seven points clear at the top of the Bundesliga.

The Nigerian international may not have bagged as many goals as the in-form Kane, but, interestingly, he has a better goal-scoring rate.

With two strikes to his name, Tella averages a goal per 90-minute ratio of 1.38, compared to Kane, who comes out at 1.32.

He has been a key man off the bench for Alonso, making nine appearances and making key contributions.

Meanwhile, Kane has been in emphatic form ever since swapping the bright lights of London for Bavaria.

The 31-year-old, who was Tottenham‘s record scorer with 280 goals in 435 appearances, continues to shine for Bayern Munich.

Since his £100million move, Kane is the Bundesliga top scorer with 22 goals so far this campaign in 17 matches—a total of 26 in 24 matches in all competitions.

It suggests he is on course to break Robert Lewandowski‘s single-season record of 41 Bundesliga goals.

The England international was, however, unable to help his side as Bayern slipped seven points behind Tella’s Leverkusen in the race for a 12th domestic title.

Simon Jordan suggests he isn’t impressed by Harry Kane’s start at Bayern Munich as Englishman is playing in an ‘inferior league’
