Taylor’s Dublin homecoming had been seven years in the making but her fairytale ending went up in smoke as she lost on points.

Taylor will have a chance to avenge her only defeat when she returns to Ireland for a second shot at Cameron’s undisputed light-welterweight belts.

The ‘Bray Bomber’ is still aiming to become a two-weight undisputed champion but Cameron’s undefeated record now stands at 18 wins and she will prove a fearsome challenge to overcome once again.

Taylor vs Cameron 2: What has been said?

Taylor hit has a warning for Cameron ahead of their rematch.

She said: “Loss or failure causes you to analyse things that bit more. That’s certainly been the case with this fight.

“Unfortunately, it has to be that way when you suffer a loss. You are forced to look at every single detail and that is always a good thing.

“I definitely feel like I’m a better boxer now than when I fought her before. Hopefully, I can show what I can do on the night.

“Certainly, it would be one of the best wins of my career in terms of ranking it but, as I said, the next fight is always the most important fight, but this one definitely feels like a must-win fight for me.

“I’m definitely looking forward just to revenge (sic), I guess and making things right.

“A lot of people, I think, are doubting me as well, so I actually love these fights when people are actually doubting me.

“I think this could be one of the greatest nights of my career.”
